Thank you for choosing CHoM. We're committed to supporting individuals, organisations, and practitioners in their transformation journeys while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

CLAIRE LOUISE TAYLOR

FOUNDER CHom

I spent 20+ years leading transformation inside big organisations—BT, Atos, Welocalize. I was good at it. But something kept bothering me.

The real transformation wasn't happening in spreadsheets or strategy decks.

It was happening in people. The best leaders I worked with weren't just smart—they felt things. They trusted their gut. They sensed energy. But when you asked how they made decisions, they couldn't explain it.

So I started asking: What if we taught people how to use their full system—not just their thinking mind?

That question became CHoM.

Today, I work with individuals seeking clarity in career transitions and midlife, coaches who want a real framework to deliver, and organisations transforming their leadership teams—from startups to FTSE 100 companies.

Because the future isn't just about being smarter. It's about being whole.

How is CHoM different from MBTI or Enneagram?

MBTI and Enneagram are personality frameworks. CHoM is an operating system. It doesn't tell you who you are—it shows you how you make decisions using all five intelligences: body signals, inner patterns, field awareness, unique design, and timing. It's a framework for navigating complexity in real-time.

What results can I expect in 3 months?

Most people experience decision clarity, reduced second-guessing, better energy management, and stronger confidence within the first 90 days. You'll understand your dominant signal and where you override yourself. Organisations typically see improved team dynamics, faster decision-making, and reduced leadership burnout in the same timeframe.

Do I need to believe in astrology or spirituality to use CHoM?

No. CHoM blends ancient wisdom with modern strategy, but it's grounded in decision science, neuroscience, and systems thinking. You don't need to believe in anything mystical—you just need to be willing to work with your full human operating system, not just your thinking mind.
